Overlap Stair Nosing adds the finishing touch to hardwood flooring at steps, stairways or other changes in floor elevation. The overlap stair nose is used when the hardwood floor is floated over the subfloor to allow for the movement of the floating floor system. They are designed with a bull-nosed edge for aesthetic appearance and typically take the most abuse from foot traffic of all transitions.
